After the customer agrees to use the service and has made the payment, a refund cannot be made in all cases.
The company will be responsible for any damages according to the value of the translated document only
The company will translate the documents according to the original only. If the detail in the original document has changed after the translation is approved, the company reserves the right to charge for all new services.
In case of the translation has an error caused by the translators, such as a misspelling or the customer wants to change the word in the language. We will revise it for free 1-time within 30 days from the delivery date. However, such amendments must not be distorted from the original.
In case of the customer wants to modify the translation work other than Article 4, the company reserves the right to charge the payment for all new services again.
Certification of documents, whether certified by the translation institution, Consular, NAATI, and Notary Public, the customer acknowledges and chooses the service by himself/herself. If the certification is the wrong type or the accreditation process is not complete. The customer will have to make the payment for all new services again.
If the amount of service is less than 100,000 baht, the customer must make the payment in full. If more than 100,000 baht, the customer is able to deposit 50% of the total fee.
(Before agreeing to use the service, The staff has informed the customer that the company is responsible for translate and certify documents only. There will be no testimony to the police or being a witness in any courts. The customer understood, acknowledged, and accepted the conditions.
