How is Express different from Urgent?
Express uses priority Special Branch slots but respects the Records Division's normal cycle; Urgent adds a same-day courier pickup at the Records counter. Urgent is only viable when the applicant is already resident in Bangkok on the target day.
Can Express bundle an MFA Apostille inside three days?
The PCC itself arrives inside three days; MFA Apostille adds two further working days. Total wall-clock time from biometric appointment to legalised certificate is typically five working days.
Is Express refundable if Special Branch runs late?
If the Records Division misses the three-day window by more than one working day for any reason inside our control, we refund the Express premium and downgrade the invoice to Standard automatically.
