Can one certificate really cover all four destinations?
The underlying Royal Thai Police PCC is destination-agnostic; only the legalisation layer differs. We produce the certificate once, then attach the correct MFA / Apostille / translation combination per destination. Duplicate certified translations are billed separately.
Does the sponsor (US citizen, UK settled, AU citizen partner) also need a Thai PCC?
Only if the sponsor has lived in Thailand for the qualifying residence period; character evidence attaches to residence, not to citizenship or sponsorship role.
How current must the certificate be at consular decision time?
