Thailand deposited its instrument of accession to the Hague Apostille Convention on 25 June 2025. The Convention entered into force for Thailand on 22 December 2025 — a single Apostille from the Thai MFA is now accepted in 125+ member countries.

Are you a Notary Public in the US/UK sense?
Thailand uses the term Notarial Services Attorney (NSA). We are licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand and our seal is recognized by MFA and every embassy in Bangkok.
Can you notarize documents for use in the US, UK, Australia?
Yes. For US/AU/UK we now issue an Apostille (Thailand joined the Hague Convention on 22 December 2025). No embassy trip needed for member countries.
Do I have to sign in your office?
You must sign in front of the notary. We come to your Bangkok office or hotel for a small onsite fee, or you can meet us at our Lat Phrao 95 office.
How much does it cost?
Notary from 1,500 THB depending on document type. MFA and Apostille government fees are separate and shown on our transparent price list.
