Does the incoming Apostille need any Thai stamp?

No. The Convention forbids Thailand from requiring further legalisation of an Apostille issued by another Contracting State. The Thai stamp is applied only to the translation attached to the file — the original Apostille block is untouched.

The foreign country is not a Contracting State — what then?
