After-Hours, Weekend and Public-Holiday Notarisation Slots
Office workers who cannot take leave, executives whose only free window is a Saturday morning at the club, and expat retirees whose spouses are only in-country on weekends all need notarial slots outside 09:00–17:00 weekdays. This add-on opens the evening window (18:00–21:00 weekdays) and the weekend track (Saturday 09:00–17:00, Sunday 10:00–14:00 with twenty-four-hour notice) at the office or a nominated meeting room.

Which authorities accept this
Out-of-hours notarisation is procedurally identical to the standard track under the Lawyers Council Rules B.E. 2546; the register series is continuous and the file is verifiable by MFA the following working day.

Is the register number issued at midnight of the following day?
The register receives the ink stamp the moment the jurat is signed; the electronic register entry is updated at the start of the next working day. Both dates are recorded on the instrument so there is no gap in the audit trail.
Can MFA legalisation follow immediately Monday morning?
Yes — we pre-book the Monday 09:00 MFA slot at the time of the weekend notarisation so the chain closes without weekend downtime.
Is the surcharge higher on Sunday?
Sunday carries a modest premium above Saturday because staffing is by rota rather than roster; the quote is stated at booking so there is no invoice surprise.
