Bilingual Notarial Certificate (Thai plus Destination Language)
A receiving authority in Frankfurt, Riyadh, Tokyo, or Shanghai often bounces a notarial certificate that is Thai-plus-English only, on the ground that the operative language of the destination file is not English. This add-on prints the jurat as a two-column bilingual instrument — Thai plus the destination language (EN default, plus ZH / JA / DE / FR / AR available) — so the receiving officer reads the operative wording in their own working language and the rejection risk drops materially.

Which destination languages are covered?

Does the receiver need a separate translation on top of the bilingual jurat?
Not for the jurat itself. If the underlying document (contract, deed, POA) is Thai-only, that document still needs a separate translation SKU.
Is the bilingual instrument accepted by MFA?
Yes — MFA legalises the Thai column as the operative language and endorses the destination-language column as an accepted parallel rendering.
