What if the resolution was passed by circular written consent, not a meeting?
That works too — we notarise every signatory's signature and add a recital confirming the written-resolution procedure under the company's articles.
How recent must the resolution date be?
Regulators usually want a resolution dated within 90 days of the filing. If it is older we can issue a fresh confirming resolution the same day.
Can the notarial certificate be issued in a language other than English?
We can produce the certificate in English by default and, on request, a bilingual Thai/Chinese or Thai/German version for regulators that require the local language.
