How many pages can one certificate cover?
Practically up to 40 sheets. Beyond that we split into batches so each certificate remains legible and each register number remains searchable.
Do you certify colour scans of a Thai ID card or must it be the physical card?
The physical card must be produced in person because the notary compares the chip issue date and hologram, not just the printed face.
Can the certificate be delivered digitally-signed for a foreign law firm?
Yes. On request we PAdES-sign the PDF and attach the notary's qualified certificate; that is the format most City of London firms prefer for their bundles.
