Do I need to certify every page or only the bio?
Bio only for a fresh onboarding. For sanctions-tier screening (US persons, PEP-adjacent applicants) certifying entry/exit stamps for the last 12 months materially reduces the number of follow-up requests.
My passport was reissued last month — does the old passport still need to be certified?
If the reissue post-dates any financial account or property title in the receiver's file, certify both. That protects the paper trail from a compliance officer's identity-continuity check.
Can you certify a foreign passport?
Yes. Thai notary law does not restrict the CTC subject to Thai nationals; the register simply records the passport's issuing country.
