Signature Authentication by a Thai Notarial Services Attorney

When a bank in Zurich, a registrar in Sydney, or a court in Delaware needs your wet signature verified against a real human being, a Thai Notarial Services Attorney is the first link in the Hague legalisation chain. This SKU witnesses your signature in person, prints a bilingual jurat, and issues a register number that MFA and any receiving embassy can cross-check within minutes.

FAQ

Is this the same as a US Notary Public stamp?

No. A US Notary is an administrative role that can only witness identity; a Thai Notarial Services Attorney is a licensed lawyer registered under the Lawyers Council of Thailand's 2003 regulation and can additionally perform sworn oaths and draft certifications. Foreign receivers treat this as the functional equivalent of a UK-style Notary Public.

Do I need to bring anyone with me?

Only yourself and one government photo ID (passport preferred). Corporate signatories should also bring the latest company affidavit dated within 90 days.

Can you notarise a digital signature or DocuSign envelope?

For most cross-border filings the receiver still requires a wet-ink instrument or a qualified e-signature under eIDAS. We can perform a hybrid workflow — you sign electronically in our office while we witness live — but only if the receiving jurisdiction accepts that hybrid. Confirm at intake.
