Austria's Sachverständigen- und Dolmetschergesetz (SDG) §14 reserves sworn translation to allgemein beeidete und gerichtlich zertifizierte Dolmetscher entered on the Justiz-Liste maintained by the Präsidenten der Landesgerichte. The Standesamt in Wien, Graz or Salzburg — and the Magistratsabteilung 35 processing Rot-Weiß-Rot-Karte files — enforce the SDG requirement without exception. This SKU delivers the round-seal ("Rundes Siegel") translation with the court-oath declaration expected under §14(6) SDG.

Will MA 35 accept the translation for a Rot-Weiß-Rot-Karte file?
Yes. MA 35 accepts translations by any Justiz-listed Gerichtsdolmetscher — this SKU meets that requirement.
Is the Bestätigungsformel the same as Germany?
No — Austria's SDG requires the reference to the swearing Landesgericht and the Aktenzahl of the court-oath resolution, which German ZPO-based formulas do not include.
