Sworn Translation — German Embassy (Vereidigter Übersetzer)
The Auslandsvertretung in Bangkok publishes its own Liste der Übersetzer und Dolmetscher, and the Standesämter that process a Familiennachzug, an Ehefähigkeitszeugnis or a Nachbeurkundung Geburt will only accept a translation produced by a vereidigter Übersetzer on that list. The statutory basis is §142(3) Zivilprozessordnung read together with §189 Gerichtsverfassungsgesetz. This SKU delivers a court-oath-anchored translation with Bestätigungsformel identical to what a German Landgericht would produce.
