The Wet beëdigde tolken en vertalers 2007 established the Register beëdigde tolken en vertalers (Rbtv), and every Nederlandse gemeente processing a Machtiging tot voorlopig verblijf (MVV) or a Gecombineerde vergunning voor verblijf en arbeid (GVVA) will only accept translations from a Rbtv-registered vertaler. This SKU delivers a translation carrying the vertaler's Rbtv-nummer and beëdigingsstempel, formatted for the IND (Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst) portal and admissible before the Basisregistratie Personen (BRP) at any gemeente.

Does the IND accept the digital scan alone?
For the initial Mijn IND upload, yes; the physical pack with the beëdigingsstempel is required at the BRP inschrijving stage in the gemeente.
Do I need a Dutch Apostille as well?
Since Thailand's Hague accession the Thai original carries an Apostille from Bangkok; the Netherlands recognises it under the 1961 Hague Convention.
Is this SKU valid for DUO diploma recognition?
