Thai transcripts print the grade scale, credit definition and any classification thresholds on the reverse or on a separate key page. Rewriting a Thai course title as a more familiar-sounding English subject can misrepresent content the assessor is specifically checking for a nominated occupation. A close literal rendering, with the Thai retained, keeps the mapping in the assessor's hands.

Where a body asks for a transcript sent under university seal, opening the envelope to scan it can void that chain of custody. Order a separate copy for translation purposes and leave the sealed set untouched.

A late-issued sheet covering a final subject or a corrected grade belongs to the same record and should be certified in the same set. Sending it separately weeks later leaves two documents with different certification dates that the assessor must reconcile.
