AHPRA, VETASSESS Priority Occupations, VicRoads licence conversion, and several Australian universities still require a physical NAATI-certified document with a wet ink signature and wet stamp — a digital PDF is refused at the counter. This add-on prints your translation on 90gsm archival paper, applies the wet NAATI stamp and translator's wet signature, and dispatches inside a government-format envelope.

Do I need hard copy if DHA is my primary destination?
Not for DHA — the digital PDF is accepted. Hard copy is only needed for professional bodies (AHPRA, VETASSESS, Engineers Australia in some cases) and licence conversions (VicRoads, TMR, Service NSW).
How long does the wet signature take on top of translation?
Zero additional business days when combined with a standard 5–7 day order — the wet signature is applied during the final QA pass. Rush orders add roughly two hours to accommodate ink drying and tamper-envelope sealing.
Can I collect hard copy in Bangkok?
