Australian government agencies generally ask for a copy of the original document accompanied by an English translation prepared by a suitably credentialled translator. That is a different requirement from a Thai certified true copy or from MFA legalisation. Transcripts with a grading legend on the back, and registry extracts with continuation pages, are single documents. Supplying only the pages that seem informative produces a translation that does not correspond to a complete source document, which assessors notice.
