The certificate says 'THB 45,000 net' — how do you present that?
Verbatim, plus a translator's note stating that 'net' in Thai HR practice typically excludes withholding tax and SSF contributions. We do not compute a gross figure — that would exceed the translator's scope.
Do you translate the company seal?
The seal image is preserved; the Thai text on the seal (company registered name) is translated in the translator's note. This is what CBA/NAB credit teams expect.
The employer is a Thai subsidiary of an Australian parent — does that matter?
