I drew a black card (exempt) — does DHA treat that as adverse?
No. A black-card exemption is a random lottery outcome, not a disciplinary discharge. Our translator's note quotes the Military Service Act B.E. 2497 §29 so the case officer does not misread 'exempt' as 'refused service'.
Do you translate the district office rubber stamp signature?
Yes — the amphoe seal is what makes สด.43 a public document under CCPC §127-bis. We render the seal ring text and the officer's rank in the translator's note.
I have both สด.9 and สด.43 — do I need both translated?
Only สด.43 is required for character evidence. สด.9 is a call-up notice, not a service record. We will decline to translate a redundant สด.9 and refund proportionally — a shorter evidence pack is a stronger evidence pack.
