NAATI-Certified Marriage Certificate (Kor Ror 3) Translation
The Kor Ror 3 (คร.3) is the Thai amphur's certificate of marriage — the single most-scrutinised document in a partner visa file. DHA cross-checks the Thai registrar's number against the amphur's public register, so the translation must preserve every registry index verbatim.

My Thai passport spells my name differently to the Kor Ror 3. What happens?
This is the #1 reason for RFI (Request for Further Information). We add a translator's note that reconciles both spellings under RTGS and flags them as the same person — this pre-empts the RFI in ~85% of cases we've seen.
Do I also need the Kor Ror 2 translated?
Yes for partner visa. The Kor Ror 3 is the certificate; the Kor Ror 2 is the register entry that proves the certificate is real. DHA reads them as a pair.
What if we married abroad and only have a Thai recognition entry?
That is a Kor Ror 22 (recognition of overseas marriage). We translate it with an added note explaining its legal status under the Civil and Commercial Code Section 1459 — case officers unfamiliar with Kor Ror 22 will otherwise assume it is a Thai wedding.
