NAATI-Certified Thai Medical Certificate Translation
Medical certificates issued by Thai hospitals rarely match the AHPRA or DHA panel-physician template. This SKU produces a translation that reproduces the diagnosis, ICD-10 code (when present), and treating physician's Thai Medical Council number in a format that survives AHPRA and BUPA Medibank review.

The certificate has hospital abbreviations — do you expand them?
Yes — every abbreviation is expanded on first use with a translator's note. AHPRA reviewers are not expected to know Thai hospital shorthand.
Can you translate the doctor's handwritten notes?
Yes, with a legibility caveat. Anything we cannot read is flagged as '[illegible]' rather than guessed — a NAATI translator is not permitted to infer clinical content.
Does the translation need the doctor's signature verified separately?
No — NAATI 2022 scheme covers translation only, not signature verification. If AHPRA also requests signature verification, we pair this SKU with a Thai Medical Council letter request.
