FAQ
Does DHA accept a scanned NAATI stamp or does it need a wet signature?
DHA has accepted digitally-signed NAATI 2022-scheme PDFs with an embedded CPN QR since 2023-07. A wet signature is only needed for AHPRA overseas mail-in packs — flag this at intake and we add it at no extra cost.
Can I use one translation for multiple visa applications?
Yes. The translation is not consumed by a single lodgement — the same PDF is valid for as long as the underlying Thai record is unchanged. Re-issue is free from us if you lose it within 12 months.
How is this different from a คำแปลรับรอง from a Thai lawyer?
A Thai lawyer's certification is a Thai-domestic notary act. DHA requires a NAATI-credentialled translator's Statement of Accuracy — those are two different legal instruments. We provide the NAATI one; if you also need consular legalisation for a non-DHA use, we handle that as a paired add-on.
