NAATI-Certified Company Affidavit / DBD Certification Translation
For subclass 482/186/188 the DHA skills assessor must be able to verify that your Thai sponsor is a real, active, and solvent legal entity. The หนังสือรับรองบริษัท from DBD carries that proof — once translated in NAATI-compliant form with directors, capital, and objects preserved verbatim.

The DBD document is only 30 days valid in Thai practice — does DHA require the translation to be equally fresh?
DHA does not impose a 30-day validity on the translation itself, but it does expect the underlying DBD certification to be recent for sponsor-vetting. We date-stamp the translation to match the DBD issue date so the assessor can compute freshness at a glance.
Do you translate the directors' Thai national ID numbers?
We preserve them as digits with a note. Under PDPA and the Australian Privacy Act we do not romanise or restate them in prose — case officers verify against DBD's own registry, not the translation.
My company has both Thai and foreign directors — how are foreign names handled?
Foreign directors' names appear in the DBD certification in a phonetic Thai form. We restore the original Latin spelling from your Board resolution or passport bio-page (please supply) and cross-reference in a translator's note; otherwise the assessor cannot match the director to your ACN records.
