DHA case officers grade honesty on prior-relationship disclosure. A translated Kor Ror 6 with the divorce date, divorce type (uncontested vs. court order), and any child custody clause is the fastest path to closing that credibility loop.

Do I need to translate the court order, or is the Kor Ror 6 enough?
For amphur-registered divorces the Kor Ror 6 alone is enough. For court-ordered divorces DHA expects both the Kor Ror 6 and the underlying court order — we translate both by default when we see a court file reference on the certificate.
My ex-spouse's name is different on the certificate than on the visa record — will DHA notice?
Yes, always. We include a translator's spelling-reconciliation note using RTGS so the case officer does not have to guess.
Is the Kor Ror 6 valid indefinitely?
Yes — the divorce is a legal fact, not a document with an expiry. But DHA sometimes requests a fresh copy for events that happened >5 years ago; we can re-translate the fresh copy at 40% off within 12 months.
