India is a party to the Apostille Convention, but the Convention enters into force for Thailand only on 28 February 2027 (HCCH). Until then, Thai documents still need Department of Consular Affairs and embassy legalisation; after that date, check the current Apostille procedure with the Department of Consular Affairs.
