Most common reasons Vietnam rejects a Thai notarised document
1. Name spelling does not match the passport — every character must match (including middle names and titles).
2. No Vietnamese translation — Vietnam authorities frequently reject Thai-only or English-only documents.
3. Notary seal expired / registration number mismatch — the notary must hold an active licence from the Lawyers Council.
